We only collect Personal Data from you, such as first and last name, phone number, e-mail, when you book a tour or register to receive information. The Children's Garden has provided this site as a starting point for parents and caregivers seeking quality child care and/or private schooling, so they can understand what we offer including but not limited to programs, curriculum, campus locations, services, clubs and special events, appointment booking. We strive to offer the same service excellence online that we provide in person.

However, the Internet is not a fully secure medium, nor is it always possible for information to be immediately updated and accurate. Therefore, The Children's Garden is not responsible for any inaccurate information contained on this site. In the event that there is conflicting information such as fee schedules or program dates and times, the written information provided by our Administrators in admissions packages, or on marketing materials will be deemed accurate and non-debatable. Oral representations are not to be deemed accurate.

Under no circumstances shall The Children's Garden be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this site. The limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if The Children's Garden has been advised of the possibility of such damage.
